In my practice, I meet each person as they are, hurting, searching, overwhelmed, or simply ready to shift. I draw on every tool I’ve cultivated over years of experience: counselling methodologies, trauma-focused strategies, Reiki, and hypnotherapy. Each has its place, and I use them with care.
This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. It’s a holistic, responsive way of working—always led by the needs of the individual. I don’t just offer therapy. I offer a space where people can come home to themselves.

Q: What if someone feels emotionally blocked or physically overwhelmed?
A: I may use Reiki to help them reconnect with their body, feel safe, and begin to express what’s been held inside.
Q: What if someone is stuck in trauma, addiction, or deep-rooted patterns of “not enough”?
A: I may use hypnotherapy to gently explore the root cause and begin the process of release.
Q: Do you offer practical tools for everyday support?
A: Yes. I teach grounding, breathwork, and strategies to help people reclaim their voice, their agency, and their sense of self.
Q: I’m an NDIS participant. Can I access counselling or therapeutic supports with you?
A: Yes. If you’re self‑managed or plan‑managed, you’re welcome to access counselling and holistic therapeutic supports with me.
Q: How do your sessions support my NDIS goals?
A: We work together to build emotional regulation, resilience, daily living skills, and confidence. Therapy can support goals related to relationships, community participation, routines, communication, stress management, and overall wellbeing. Everything we do is aligned with what matters most to you.
